At WordsCoach, we are proud to share that our founder and CEO is a woman.
In this 21st century world, we strongly believe women are never less than men, but it’s her kindness towards her family that sometimes makes her quit her profession for the betterment of her family members.
We are proud to say that our top writers are also all women and we are proud to be a platform where women are not only treated equally but they are also part of the core team to build WordsCoach.
Every year, on March 8, the World celebrates “International Women’s Day” to appreciate women’s presence in Social, Economic, Cultural, Political, and other areas.
Theme for International Women’s day 2021 is
“Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”
We believe that this topic can be best described here with WordsCoach’s example.
Being a woman-owned company and startup, the journey is never easy. But our CEO has made it possible with her future vision, decision-making capabilities, and never quit attitude. As you may have noticed, even in COVID-19 pandemic time, WordsCoach has released many major releases to make her vision reality which was not an easy task. We appreciate her for always be kind but courageous Being a mother recently, Our Owner has made a strong example of how you can manage everything if you stay strong and committed.
Many of you have lost their jobs in this pandemic or have gone through difficult times, we have also seen examples where women have just lost their confidence to do anything which leads to depression.
